The NBCHC Board approved a preliminary Organizational Chart, outlining the co-operative’s current structure and future plans. This chart is a valuable tool for clarifying roles, improving communication, and ensuring alignment as the co-op continues to grow and evolve.
Board Handbook
A new Board Handbook resource was approved in March 2025. The Board Handbook clearly defines roles and responsibilities, guides strategic and annual planning, outlines the co-op’s policies and procedures, provides details on membership meetings, and supports financial oversight and educational events.
As NBCHC grows and eventually welcomes new Board Members, the handbook will be an essential resource.
