This quarter, we made meaningful progress on key policies that will guide the co-op as our first development project moves forward and we prepare to welcome our first resident.
- Unit Allocation Policy – Approved in January, this policy sets out a fair and transparent process for assigning units, so all future members are considered equitably.
- Housing Charge Payment & Arrears Policy – Approved in March, this policy clarifies payment expectations and procedures, helping support both our members and the long-term financial stability of the co-op.
Together, these policies are important steps in preparing for a smooth transition when our buildings are ready and our first members move in.
