We are thrilled to announce that the New Brunswick Collaborative Housing Co-operative has been awarded a grant through Co-operators Co-operative Development Program.
Since 1992, the Co-operative Development Program has encouraged the viability and growth of co-operatives that are responding to the collective needs of Canadians. This funding will support our governance and capacity-building initiatives as we advance our development efforts. It will strengthen our ability to fulfill our mission of ensuring access to safe, inclusive, sustainable, and affordable co-operative housing for New Brunswickers by supporting the creation of additional co-operative housing units across the province.
As the demand for affordable housing continues to grow, investments like this are essential in helping us expand co-operative housing opportunities in communities throughout New Brunswick. We are deeply grateful to Co-operators for their support and commitment to our work.
